DANI VEGA SHOW, MEZZO-SOPRANO - Opera/Musical

Rising Brazilian mezzo-soprano Daniela Vega studied singing in São Paulo and at the University of Music Karlsruhe. She is the laureate of several international competitions (Baden-Württemberg Kunststiftung, the L-Bank Musikstiftung and of the Opera Competition J. Mirabent I Magrans in Barcelona).

She was singing the leading role in various musical productions such as The Phantom of the Opera, West Side Story and The King and I and has been invited to perform at several international music festivals, including the IKOMA International Music Festival in Japan, the Ursus Music Festival in Slovenia, La Côte Festival in Switzerland, the Festival Rising Stars and the Rheingau Musik Festival in Germany. In 2017, she performed at the opening night of the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart.

This season she will make her debut at the prestigious Berliner Philharmonie in Puccini's Suor Angelica under the baton of the new chief conductor of the Berliner Philharmoniker, Kirill Petrenko.
